Casa del Pinaret is one of the best luxury villas in Puerto Pollensa. This impressive newly built villa has all the modern comforts and is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area called “Es Pinaret” in Puerto Pollensa, northern Mallorca. This holiday villa is situated only 315 meters from the beach, and the center of the town and the harbour are a mere 5 minute walk away from the house. Villa Casa del Pinaret is recommended for all kinds of families and groups, with or without children.
This villa has 6 bedrooms and a maximum capacity of 12 people, although to make it more affordable we have basic prices for 4 bedrooms. For bigger families or groups there is the possibility to pay an aditional price for every extra room. The house has 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms and there are 4 full bathrooms, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom fully equipped and adapted for wheelchair users.
There is a big and beautiful living & dining room with french doors opening to the terrace and garden. In the garden you will find a big swimming pool that can be heated up to 24ºC, a jacuzzi with a capacity of 4 people that can be heated up to 35ºC and a built-in under a covered porch BBQ. There is also a nice terrace on the first floor from where you can see the swimming pool and the garden.
The kitchen and the laundry room are fully equipped. In addition, this villa also has digital TV, a DVD player, a music player, speakers in every room, telephone and fax (upon request), air conditioning and central heating throughout the house, a safe box and wireless Internet access.
