This villa is located 10 kilometers from Puerto Pollensa, 6 kilometers from Pollensa, 4 kilometers from Alcudia, 7’7 kilometers from the Pollensa Golf, 5’3 kilometers from the Aucanada Golf, 400 meters from the main Alcudia-Palma road and 50 kilometers from Palma.
The main floor of the villa has 173 square meters with a dining / living room, toilet, kitchen, pantry and laundry. In this floor there is a bedroom with a 2×2 meters bed and an en-suite bathroom.
In the living and dining room there is a fire place, TV, international digital TV, DVD and music player with speakers in every room. It is also possible to have a telephone-fax, but you have to expressly ask for it. The kitchen has everything that you will need: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, a wave, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a vitroceramic, a coffee machine, a water boiler for teas, a blender and a lot more things.
